Alfredo Lerida Singer, Creator, Producer and General Director Alfredo created Tango Lovers (Enamorados del Tango) and has the Rio de la Plata music in his blood. From his early childhood Alfredo explored, formed and developed his artistic talent which has taken him to share international stages with great artists such as Ruben Juarez, Olga del Grossi, Raul Jaurena, Federico Britos, Luis Dimas, Nestor Fabian and many more. His participation in the First Argentinean Festival in Miami called the media's attention and his group was qualified as one of the best performances of the event. Since then, his career include presentations in his own Montevideo, Uruguay in important theaters such as Zitarrosa, el Galpon and the Adela Reta Theater at "el Sodre". Also performed in Peru, Canada and United States which has toured from coast to coast from Florida, at the Broward Center of the Performing Arts to California, and up north to Boston, through New York in theaters such as the Queensborough Center for the Performing Arts and the Jeanne Rimsky Theater, just to mention a few. His CD "Sin Fronteras" (No Borders), shows his artistic versatility with his vast and varied repertory of tangos, boleros and baladas. The international community has acknowledged Alfredo with several awards and recognitions throughout his career. His productions not only have the objective to create awareness about the art and culture of Rio de la Plata, but also the integration of all Latin American cultures.
Maria de los Angeles Alvarez Singer
María de los Ángeles is passionate about her singing talent since she was a child. Since her nomination as a solist in "Tanguería 85" she started her professional evolution with performances in Uruguay and abroad, consolidating herself with her talent as her privileged form of communication and artistic expression. At only17 years old she was already member of Master Donato Racciatti's Orchestra and performs 4 times in Japan. She has important performances in theaters and TV with renowned artists such as : Raul Jaurena, Federico Britos, Alvaro Hagopián, Ruben de la Puente, Julio Cobelli, Miguel Angel Barcos, Fernando Calleriza, Alfredo Monetti, Alfredo Lerida, among others. Her CD " Caras de Tango" has awarded Maria de los Angeles several acknowledgements for her talent.
